Hi!
i am not sure if this is what you
asked for but believe me, it is great!
Chicken Jambalaya
2 1/2 pound chicken (cut in small pieces)
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon gound black pepper
4 pork sausages
1 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 medium onion (cut in small piedes)
1 garlic clove
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes with it water
parsley
-boil chicken, water salt, and pepper
-cover and cook for 20 minutes at low temperature
-set chicken apart from the sock
-take all grease form stock
-cook sausages apart until toast, take all grease away but keep 1 teaspoon of it
-add the chiken
-add the stock and the oather ingredients, except parsley
-let it boil move once or twice and turn to low
-cover and cook at low for about 30 minutes.
-spread parsley when its done.
