This is a favorite...never fail cheesecake...and so easy !
1 large Cream Cheese softened 2 small Cream Cheese softened 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Cream all together untl smooth then add 3 eggs ONE At A TIME mixing well until well blended.
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust ( I use store bought) Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool before adding topping
TOPPING
1/2 pint ( 1 cup )Sour Cream 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla few drops pink food coloring ( optional )
Mix until blended & smooth..spread over top of cooled cake and return to 400 degree oven for 5 MIN. only.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Can be topped with a dollop of chocolate mousse, blueberries, cherries or just served plain.
