Sherri, Found a recipe from Bisquick which contains frozen broccoli, bisquick and cheese (not Parmesan though). It is not a bread but may be what you are searching for. Just in case, I will give it to you.
BROCCOLI PUFF
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped broccoli 1 cup Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
