this is so easy it is almost embarrassing!

Put desired number of chops in the greased (sprayed) crockpot, standing on edge as much as possible. Cut up 1 to 2 tbsp of butter and scatter on top of the chops. Slice 2 onions (at least) and separate rings - drop on top of chops. Let it cook on low 6 to 8 hours. It is wonderful. (I have a teenage son, I fix 2 onions and he always wants more..........)
