Thought this might help:

21 Family Sized Tea Bags
5 Cups Sugar
Water

Bring 3 quarts of water to boil. Add 21 family size tea bags and steep. Pour into a 1 gallon pitcher. Add 5 cups sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add enough water to make 1 gallon. Concentrate will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

To make tea from concentrate: Pour 2 cups concentrate into a 2 quart pitcher. Ad enough water to make 2 quarts.

**NOTE** 3 regular size tea bags will equal 1 family size bag.
