Pepperoni Pinwheels

We love this recipe:

1 tube crescent rolls
1pkg. soft (whipped) cream cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni cubed (extra small)
2 green onions diced

roll out crescent rolls on floured waxed paper.
Mix other ingredients well and spread on dough. roll up jelly roll style. Slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 min. or until brown.

Vegetable Pizza

Roll out one tube crescent rolls on cookie sheet ( very thin) and bake only for about 5-7 min or until brown (watch closely) Let cool

Mix: 1- 8oz. pkg cream cheese, 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix and 1/2 cup mayonaise until smooth. spread on crust. Chop: green onion, green pepper, radishes, cucumber, brocolli, cauliflower, and carrots ( all extra fine) Spread on cream cheese mixture. Press it into cream cheese mixture. Top with finely shredded cheddar cheese. Slice into squares and keep in ref. do not bake. This is wonderful for summer parties, showers and weddings.
