I prepare a Quick and Easy Oven Round Steak like this:
1 lb tenderized round steak, cut in serving size pieces flour salt and pepper vegetable oil Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup plus 1 soup can water 4 oz mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
Salt and pepper meat and dredge in flour. Brown meat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Place meat in 9x13-inch glass dish.
Combine soup, water, and mushrooms. Pour over meat. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
This goes great with rice or mashed potatoes!
P.S. I often prepare this in an electric skillet & it takes even less time.
