My son reminded me of this recipe . . . his favourite juice is apricot.
HONEY SYRUP Natural Breakfast Book, ©1973
Melt in double boiler: 1/2 cup BUTTER
Whip in: 1/2 cup HONEY
Heat until honey dissolves completely and add: 4 cups FRUIT JUICE
Heat until syrup is desired consistency.
With less sweeter juice us more honey.
Now I'm really out of here.
