Porcupine Salad:
1.1 can pear halves
2.lettuce leaves washed
3.slivered almonds,
4.raisins
Drain pears. Stick almonds in the fat end of the pear.
On the thin end of the pear use 2 raisins as the eyes.
Cover the plate with lettuce leaves, place porcupine
on top and serve.
