8 oz cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1 t garlic powder
4 oz green chilis
8 soft tortillas
8 oz salsa

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and salsa.

Spread thinly on tortillas. Roll tortillas.

Refrigerate for 1 hr.

slice in halves and dip in salsa
