1 cup sugar
3 eggs -- separated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups whole milk
Beat egg yolks, sugar, and milk together. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into egg mixture. Pour into a 7x11 pan and put that pan into a 9x13 pan that has hot water in. At least 425' for first 10 minutes. Then 350' until knife comes out clean.
