PISTACHIO PIE 1 cup flour 1 stick oleo 1 cup chopped nuts 1 (8oz.) cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cool whip 2 (3 1/2 oz) pkgs. pistachio instant pudding 3 cups cold milk Mix first three ingredients like pie dough. Press in a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350*. Let cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, cool whip. Pour over cooled crust. Beat together pudding and cold milk for 2 minutes on high speed, spread on top of 1st layer, put remaining cool whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts Chill before serving and keep refrigerated.
