I think what you are looking for is called a
chimi changa (I hope I spelled that right)
I take a flour tortilla add cooked seasoned
ground beef, refried beans, black olives,
cheese and sometimes I add sour cream but it
tends to ooze out a little. Or you can spread
cream cheese on the tortilla before adding
the fillings. Then you roll it up tuck the
ends in, and place in hot oil seam side down.
Fry it until it is browned turn and fry the
other side. My kids love these! I serve with
a big salad. I hope it's what you are
