Taco Shells

2 C flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powdered (heaping)
1 TBs. oil

Mix flour & oil. Add 3/4 cup hot water. Knead & form into about 20, one-inch balls. Keep the balls warm by placing them in a bowl, and then setting the bowl in another dish of warm water. Roll out into flat circles. Fry in shallow oil, or you can place your hamburger, taco seasoned filling in the center, fold over and then fry turning for each side. Delicious if you want to go to the extra work.
