I am looking for the starter recipe for the following sourdough bread recipe:

Starter is fed every three days with 3/4 cup sugar, 3 Tablespoons instant potato flakes, and 1 cup very warm water.

After feeding leave out of refrigerator 8-10 hours.

Add 1 cup starter to
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
6 cups bread flour
(Place remaining starter back in refrigerator)

Put in oil covered and bowl and leave out overnight to rise. The next morning knead bread dough on floured board. Divide into three parts and place each in a greased medium loaf pan. Let rise 4-5 hours and then bake a 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Brush with melted margarine

I have had the starter but never the recipe. It is wonderful bread! I have traced the recipe back as far as possible with no luck finding the recipe for the starter.
