Macaroni Salad
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
4 carrots shredded
Cook macaroni and drain well. Cool and add vegetables. Mix together the folowing:
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 C. sugar
1 C. vinegar
2 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix with macaroni and vegetables. Chill at least 4 hours.
