1 package of tri-colored twisted pasta, cooked , drain and cool with cold water
1 bottle Wishbone Robusto Italian Salad dressing
1 red and 1 green sweet bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 purple onion, thinly sliced
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained
8-10 fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 # thinly sliced pepperoni, halve the slices
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together, pour on dressing and sprinkle in parmesan, mix well and chill for several hours or overnight. When ready to serve mix again and sprinkle more parmesan on top.
You can delete any of the veggies or pepperoni, or add any others you might like.
