I sort of make mine up as I go. But here is what I do. Cook 1 chicken in water until done. Bone and break up. Cook 16 ounces of spaghetti in chicken broth. Saute diced onions, green and red peppers (probably about 1/2 cup of each) and 3/4 cup of sliced mushrooms. Add to spaghetti and chicken. Now add grated cheddar, about 1 cup, or Velveeta, or American cheese. Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Add 1/2 cup sour cream. Add 1/2 cup green or black olives, sliced. Mix it all up, put in a dish and bake until it bubbles.At 350* I just add things until it tastes right to me. It is very hard to mess up.
