I'm looking for recipes to make "Pepper Cabbage". It contains: cabbage, green peppers, salt, sugar, water, and vinager. But I do not know how much of each to use. I've tried several times to make it, but it never tasted right.

As far as I know it may be a Pennsylvania Dutch recipe.
