EASY CARROT CAKE
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. vegetable oil 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. crushed walnuts 2 (7 1/2 oz.) jars carrots (baby food)
Mix thoroughly and bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Frosting (For Easy Carrot Cake):
1 tsp. vanilla 4 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick margarine 1 lb. 10x (confectioners)sugar
Beat together and frost when cake cools.
