How 'bout a cinnamon ice cream? We had it for a special Christmas dinner last year. accompanied by oven-baked apples, filled with nuts and honey.

For the ice cream simply add some ground cinnamon to your favorite recipe for homemade icecream. Is delicious also with cardamom (very "christmassy")
As I am at work I dont have the recipe for the icecream in mind, but could bring it, if your like. Just let me know.
