Joe, this one is great over fish, and shellfish, vegetables and salads
LADOLEMONO
4 tablespoons best quality, olive oil 2 tablspons fresh lemon juice Whisk together in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and a few grindings of black pepper. Add a small amount of chopped parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, or fennel. The herbs are not a must, but very flavourful, especially over fish in particular. Make enough for one meal at a time. Lemon juice may be increased or decreased, a personal decision. A split garlic clove may also be added for extra flavour. Angel.
