CORN BAKE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 small onion 1/2 cup margarine 1 can whole kernel corn -- (11 oz) 1 can cream style corn -- (12 oz) 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 3 eggs TOPPING 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cheddar cheese -- grated
Saute onion and margarine. Add to mixture of corns, Jiffy mix, and eggs. Mix well and pour into lge. baking dish. Top with sour cream and grated cheese. Bake at 350, 45 min. to an hour.Should look moist and soft, yet be a little brown on top.
