This is a "recipe" that I got from my brother-in-law who lives on the west coast. My family likes it alot!
Stir leftover rice in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking. Drizzle soya sauce over til the right taste/color. Then add frozen peas and baby shrimps, along with mushrooms, peppers, broccoli (you choose, or substitute what you have in the fridge). Just peas and shrimps is great! Whatever else you add is even better!
