You didn't say if you wanted to bake cookies or make something with purchased cookies. Of course, proabably the best baked would be sugar cookies cut out. Now for one using purchased cookies. Take a shortbread cookie with strips of choclate frosting. Attach a vanilla creme haystack candy piece under the hole in center of cookie with frosting. Be sure the chocolate strips are up and down. Place a piece of candy corn on the end of the haystack candy with frosting. Make feet from two chocolate chips and attach to bottom of the haystack candy. This is something the children like to make themselves. Just be sure to have plenty of supplies as parts will be eaten during the putting the turkeys together.
