I'm looking for some suggestions abbout the bread I'm making. I have a Breadman bread machine - 1 1/2 - 2 # size. I have treied both from scratch and also Krusteaz mixes for different breads. My problem is the bread is dried out in one day. I heard about using powdered vitamin c, using a bread bag, ( which is not available anymore) using an old plastic bag from store bread, etc. etc. and my bread still dries out very quickly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
