I've been using this pumpkin butter receipe for years. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN BUTTER

4 cups cooked/mashed or canned pumpkin
3-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup orange juice (any kind)
1-1/2 cups honey (any kind)
1/2 tsps. cinammon (I use 1-1/2 tsps.)
1/4 tsp allspice

Blend all ingredients in one pan and cook to a rolling boil, reduce heat and simmer stirring constantly for 30 minutes or until thick.

Ladle mixture into hot jars, (make sure the rim is clean) and water bath for 15 minutes.
