Be careful it's hard not to eat all of this yourself!!! The following recipe is how it was given to me, HOWEVER ... We found that the dip type sauce was too much for the amount of 'crust" so we double the amount of "crust" and only use a single of the "sauce". We like it better that way!! The ingred. may sound strange, but trust me it IS Good!! Enjoy! Thanks to everyone! Six
Veggie Pizza
2 pkgs. of unbaked Cresent Rolls from your store's refrigerator case. (Cylinder type containers the your peel open then they POP! while you cringe!)
2 eight oz. packages of cream cheese
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 pkg. of DRY Ranch Dressing (Dry powder - Dry is not a brand name!!!)
Any vegtables that you like. i usually use frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, fresh tomatoes cut up, you can use peas, green pepper, black olives, yellow cheddar cheese ect. When using the veg. out of your freezer i microwave them until they are not entirely cooked just al dante (spelling?!) Then i tend to squeeze out the extra water before breaking them apart into bite size pieces. You can use fresh veg. if you like!
You open the rolls and press them together to form the crust .. be it round on a pizza pan or oblong on a cookie sheet. you can lightly greese the pan if you want to or use a spatula. After making a crust, Bake at 325 degrees for about 7 - 12 mins. until lightly browned. Cool.
Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, mayonaise and dry ranch dressing together. Spread this on the crust which has cooled. top with the chopped items (veg.) Cut and eat!!! VERY EASY VERY Good!! Enjoy! Six
