I've tasted this and it is good. Someone brought some back from a trip (store-bought) and we all enjoyed it.

I've not seen a recipe - but I have made fudge using jalapenos -- I used 2 jalapeno, finely chopped - and sauteed them in a bit of butter. Cooled a bit - then I added to the regular fudge mixture (this was the peanut butter fudge with evaporated milk, choco morsels, mini marshmallows. Optional was 2 to4 drops hot pepper sauce. This was enough for a 9 x 13 pan. It did win $250 in a peanut butter lovers contest this past spring! So someone liked it.

Anyhow my thoughts would be to saute some jalapenos as above - and stir them into the peanut brittle mixture just before the end ..... It's worth a try. Oh, you leave some seeds in if you want things hotter - take most out if you don't.

Let us know if it works!
