Something that I like to do is make those jumbo pasta shells stuffed with seafood.
I take a mixture of chopped shrimp, crab, and clams and saute them with onions, green or red peppers, and garlic. I boil the shells until pliable. Stuff the shells with the mixture and put the shells in a baking dish. Pour some alfredo or garlic-herb white sauce over the top of the shells, and top with your favorite white cheese. Bake it at 350 until the cheese is melted and golden brown
It is a pretty simple dish to make, a bit time consuming, but it is a very rich, satisfying, and tasty dish!
