I had this recipe when we lived in CA. 7 plus years ago. We like it and serve when Company coming for the 1st time

It is pretty easy and very good.Chicken breast party style
Serves 8 but can cut in half, its good leftover too.

4 chicken breast, boned and split ( I skin ours)
8 bacon strips ( cook in micro to get some of fat out-very short time)
1 10 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 pound pkg. chipped beef or 1 5 oz jar (rinse in hot water to get some of the salt out)(I use the jar kind)Also snip it in pieces, not to small
2 cups (1 pint) sour cream

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon and SECURE with toothpicks. Place Chipped beef in bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Top with prepared chicken. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Bake un-covered 3 hrs.
WITH THIS RECIPE THE LOW-TEMPERATURE METHOD GIVES BETTER RESULTS THAN A TEMPERATURE FOR A SHORTER TIME PERIOD. HOPE YOU ENJOY
