Pumpkin Dessert
1 cup flour 1 cup coconut 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter
Mix and press into a 9 x 13 pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Custard: 2 ( 15 oz.) cans pumpkin 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Mix and pour on top of baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350. I serve this with cool whip on top.
Pumpkin Dessert
16 graham crackers, crushed 1/4 cup margarine 1/3 cup sugar
Mix and save some for the top. Put rest into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream 1 package instant vanilla pudding 1 1/4 cup pumpkin 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 pint cream, whipped 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/4 tsp allspice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp salt
Mix on low speed with mixer. Pour on baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Freeze until firm.
