Banana Nut Bread
Makes: one loaf

This is an easy recipe I have baked many times. Hope you enjoy it.

1 (18 oz.) package yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines brand)
1 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 (3 oz.) instant banana pudding mix
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together the cake mix, water, eggs, oil, and pudding mix. Stir in bananas and chopped pecans. Put batter in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until tested toothpick comes out clean.
