1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix (w/o pudding)
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tb Vanilla
2 Cups Grated Zucchini -- don't peel
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Walnuts

Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla together for 6-7 minutes.
Fold in grated zucchini, raisins and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350' for 40-50 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
Cake may be glazed or sprinkled with powdered sugar
