Prime Rib in Rock Salt

1 - Prime Rib Roast
5 - Boxes Rock Salt

Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Place contents of one box of rock salt in
bottom of covered roasting pan. Place
roast in pan and pack remaining rock salt
around roast. Sprinkle with a little water.
Roast in oven for one hour. Chip away salt
from roast (this will make a real mess!)
Carve and serve.
