I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I have held on to it (to try someday) because the dressing sounds so interesting.

Secret Pasta Salad
2 cups uncooked Creamettes Elbow Macaroni

1/2 cup each:
thinly sliced zucchini
broccoli flowerettes
thin strips salami
1/4 cup each:
sliced green onions
chopped red bell pepper
shredded carrot
sliced pitted ripe olives
thin strips Cheddar cheese
Prepare Creamettles according to package directions. Drain. Combine all ingredients and toss with Top Secret Dressing. Cover and chill. Can also use as stuffing for tomatoes. 8 servings
Top Secret Dressing
1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil (extra light)
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Combine all ingredients. Cover and shake well. Chill.
