The missing layer is banana cake. I posted a reply to Kim a couple of days ago
re: The Atomic Cake. I live in Chicago and I only knew of two bakeries that
sold this cake. I'm not sure if either of them are still in operation. I'll
check. If they are maybe they'll ship one out to you!
