Mix 1 lb can of cream style corn (I use a pint of frozen), 10 oz. of chopped, cooked, and drained broccoli, 1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2tsp. salt and pepper, and 3 tbsp. melted butter or oleo.
Pour in a casserole dish, top with 1 cup of bread cubes that have been tossed with 2 tbsp. melted butter or oleo.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
