Here is my mom's recipe for Corn Pudding:
1 small onion, finely chopped 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 rounded TB flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 cups milk 1 can cream-style corn 1 can niblet corn 2 tsp. baking powder 4 TB melted butter or margarine
Lightly grease casserole dish. Mix all together in the dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Add crushed crackers during last 20 minutes of baking. (I sometimes add them at the beginning).
We almost always have this at Christmas or Thanksgiving. Enjoy!
