If Karol/Etiwanda is reading this, I saw your post for December 1998 just today. I also went to LAUSD schools and graduated from San Pedro High in '77. I now work for LAUSD and have asked the cafeteria manager for some of the old recipes, but most of the foods are made from mixes. I was glad to see your recipe for the City School Sweet Rolls, is it possible to get the recipe for the Old Fashioned Coffee Cake?
