ISO: Pineapple walnut salad

Misc.

I am looking for a recipe for a pineapple walnut salad I had at Lamberts Restaurant in Springfield, Mo. They also have another one down south. This dessert was fluffy with chunks of pineapple and walnuts, with possibly sour cream or cream cheese and whip cream. Anyone? Thanks
