Simple Cookie Frosting

3 cups of powdered sugar
4 Tbs Butter, softened
1/2 teas vanilla
3 to 4 Tbs milk

cream all together with electric mixer, thin with additional milk to desired consistency. You can add a few drops of color if you like. You can also frost cooled cookies and add sprinkles or colored sugar (one at a time while still wet)
