Do you cut the parchment paper to fit just the bottom of the springform or do you line the sides as well? Does the addition of the parchment on the bottom have any effect on the bottom crust solidity or doneness? Did you have any problems with the cheesecake when you performed the transfer (ie, cracking or breaking accidentally)? Any tricks or techniques would be appreciated. Thanks alot. -TJL
