Sausage Balls
2 c. Bisquick 2 c. grated cheddar (sharp if you like) 1 lb. bulk pork sausage (I use "hot") pinch of cayenne - optional
Mash all together (this is easier if the sausage is close to room temperature). Roll into balls, but don't roll real hard. Bake on a !greased! baking sheet 15-20 minutes at 350.
