This is the recipe that's been in all the magazine ads for soup. We love it and it's soooo easy!
Cheddar Cheese Soup Quesadillas
1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 cup salsa (more or less depending on your taste.) flour tortillas (number depending on how much filling you have. I usually do 6.) approx. 2 cups cooked cubed chicken (I always have this in the freezer from leftovers.)
heat soup with salsa. Add chicken. On a cookie sheet, lie a tortilla flat. spoon chicken mixture over half of the tortilla. Fold other half over (so you have a 1/2 moon). Seal the edges with water. Bake for 10 mins at 300 until tortilla is lightly brown. I serve w/regular taco condiments....onions, sour cream, black olives etc.
We've also tried the Fiesta Rice recipe that the magazines include as a side, but didn't care for it at all.
