I would like a cheesecake recipe that does not use a graham cracker crust or
any crust. I had an excellent one, my first baked cheesecake to be exact (I
live back in the sticks, I thought all cheesecakes were refrigerator jobs with
coolwhip) recently when I was in Georgia. It did not have a crust I don't
believe but stood on it's own, and was excellent to say the least.

Does such a recipe exist? The one I fell in love with was a white cheesecake
with raspberry flavoring mixed in.

Thanks for your help. I just found your site today and will be spending a lot
of time here in the future!
