I JUST FOUND THIS RECIPE LAST WEEK AND I WOULD DEFINATELY MAKE IT AGAIN!
CHICKEN & BROCCOLI ALFREDO 6 OZ. UNCOOKED FETTUCINE. (I USED LINGUINI) 1 CP. FRESH OR FROZEN BROCCOLI FLOWERETS (ACTUALLY YOU COULD USE ANY VEGIE) 2 TBSP. BUTTER 1 LB. SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS, CUBED. (I USED SOME LEFTOVER GRILLED CHICKEN) 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 1/2 CP. MILK 1/2 CP. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE 2 TSP. FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER PREPARE FETTUCINE OR OTHER NOODLES ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON PKG. ADD BROCCOLI OR WHATEVER VEGIE FOR LAST 4 MIN OF COOKING TIME. DRAIN. IN SKILLET OVER MED-HI HEAT, HEAT BUTTER, ADD CHICKEN, AND COOK TILL BROWNED STIRRING OFTEN. ADD SOUP, MILK, CHEESE, PEPPER, FETTUCCINE MIX AND COOK THROUGH, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. SERVES 3 HUNGRY PEOPLE OR 4 NOT SO HUNGRY. THIS RECIPE IS GREAT FOR USING UP LEFTOVER VEGIES ALSO LEFTOVER CHICKEN.
