make a basic (but not sweet) bread recipe, maybe on the salty side, with one cup of water, before mixing all ingredients add 2T garlic puree, 2T oregano, 1/2 t basil (these herbs optional but will taste wonderful). Mix pizza crust and allow to rise. Beat down and divide into 2 roughly equal portions. Use olive oil in the crust. Use a round deep dish: lightly brush with olive oil and then dust with flour (will keep from sticking). Roll out first half of crust- use larger of two portions, and place into deep dish pan. Place layer of mozarella cheese on bottom. add fillings in layers. Add a layer of tomatoe sauce to top of all layers. Place top crust on top. Add a layer of sauce, then a layer of cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in preheated oven, or until cooked through. Oven temp should be hot. 400-425. Wow! Or, you may purchase a Geno's east pizza oven/pan which will come with recipes by calling them toll free: 1-800-619-0505 (but they cost about $100. If you need a basic bread recipe, e-mail mjpreacher I do not work for Geno's.
