1 1/2 C. water 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 3 C. bread flour/ or reg. flour 3 tsp. active dry or 2 tsp. instant yeast run on dough cycle, take out, shape, let rise for 1 hour.when ready poke with a chopstick or something similar in width, poke all over...sprinkle with olive oil and rosemary or basil, then bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until done... it's awesome |
