This has crushed macaroons in the crust, but I would think graham crackers could be used. I don't know if it is the recipe you are looking for, but thought I'd post it in case it was similar.
1 dozen marshmallows 1 dozen maraschino cherries 1/4 lb almonds or walnuts 1/2 lb macaroons 1 envelope Knox gelatine 1/4 c cold water 1 c boiling water 1 c sugar 1 pt. whipping cream vanilla
Cho marshmallows and cherries with scissors. Blanch nuts then crush. Crush macaroons. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, add boiling water and sugar. Stir until dissolved and cool. Whip cream and fold in ingredients and gelatine. Put crushed macaroons on bottom, pour mixture on top. Top with sprinkled macaroon crumbs. Place in refrigerator and chill.
